This is an extract from the Guidelines of the AAU published in a pamphlet titled 'Die Allgemeine Arbeiter-Union (revolutionäre Betriebsorganisation)' by the regional AAU-organisation of Great Berlin in 1921. These Guidelines are believed to to have been formally adopted at the Third AAU National Conference in Leipzig on the 12.th to 14.th of December 1920

The English version was translated for an English edition of Gilles Dauvé/Denis Authier: 'The Communist Left in Germany 1918-1921', 1976/2006.
