The original Dutch version of this text was published in

After the II. World War a revised French version was made and published in
Internationalisme

These versions from 1938 and 1952 are supposed to have been written/authorized by Henk Canne-Meijer.
As for the later versions the original account of the 'Movement for Workers Councils in Germany' were added a resume of the GIC(H)'s theoretical work on the 'Fundamental Principles of Communist Production and Distribution' taken from the Left Communist magazine 'Bilan' (Nos. 19 - 21, 1935). - It has not been verified if this change was already done with the 1952-version.
Later another French version was published by the 'Informations Correspondences Ouvrieres'-network in

On the basis of this French edition both English and German versions has been made.
The first English version was published and introduced by Joe Thomas as
